Total Petroleum Ghana Ltd., one of Ghana’s leading oil marketing firms, has climaxed a successful 10-day nationwide “Excellium” road tour with a mini-durbar at its newly-refurbished service station on the Liberation Road in Accra. The tour which begun in Accra took the team to the Western, Central, Ashanti and the Brong Ahafo regions. The team also visited the Northern region, the Eastern and Volta regions. The Tour was to educate the numerous customers on the benefits of the Excellium range of fuels comprising Excellium Super, Excellium Super 95 ad Excellium Diesel. As part of the tour, customers had the chance to take part in lucky-dips to win prizes when they purchase fuel at any Total Petroleum service station where the team visited.
Speaking at the durbar to welcome the team to Accra, Mr Abdul-Rahim Siddique, the sales and Marketing manager of Total Petroleum Ghana reiterated Total Petroleum is committed to bring out the quality products for the market. He underscored the need for Ghanaians, especially the motoring public, to appreciate the enormous benefits that the Excellium range of products offer to the general public to know the real benefits the products offer and to fully appreciate the fact that we will continue to serve their needs, thus our decision to undertake this road tour” reveals the Sales and Marketing manager.
According to him “Excellium, unlike other fuels on the market, cleans the engine and thus prevents deposit build –up in the engine.” The fuels prevent up-to 93 percent fouling in petrol engines and 89 percent in diesel engines” he intimates. “This”, he added “essentially means that your vehicle uses less fuel whilst giving you longer mileage.” The resultant effect of this is that “vehicle owners spend less money on buying fuel which means that Excellium has an economic benefit to you” Mr. Siddique reiterates.
The Excellium range of products, available at all Total service stations, also offer optimum performance for the vehicle engine whilst reducing Carbon monoxide emissions into the atmosphere. This invariably contributes to efforts aimed at preventing the release of harmful gases into the environment which could cause global warming.
Total Petroleum’s footprint in Ghana goes back over six decades ago and throughout these years the company has been at the forefront of providing quality products and services. Total Petroleum was recently adjudged the fourth best company on the prestigious Ghana Club 100 companies. The company runs over two hundred (200) fuel service stations across the country.
