Publicagenda Guidelines

Due to the amount of press releases we receive, we have compiled a list of certain guidelines that increase the likelihood of your press release being approved.

  1. Use of All Upper Case Letters – In an effort to grab reader’s attention, some companies deem it appropriate to use all upper case letters. These press releases are less likely to be accepted.
  2. Grammatical Errors – While we have editors to read over submitted content, press releases with numerous grammatical errors may be rejected.
  3. Inadequate Content – Your press release may be rejected if it lacks content that is either relevant, substantial, or beneficial. Be sure to craft press releases that are informative, helpful and direct.
  4. Blatant Advertising – A press release’s purpose is to inform and to share news. Press releases that come off as too advertorial may be rejected.
  5. Copyright and Violations –com.gh forbids the publishing of copyrighted material that has not been approved by the owner of said copyright. In the case where the copyright is in dispute, the press release will immediately be withdrawn from the site to protect the integrity of the site. Any client guilty of copyright violation will be held legally responsible and may be subject to fines or other punitive measures.
